Recovery Assistant
Local agency has an
opening for a part-time Recovery Assistant.
Responsibilities include monitoring and
documenting client behavior, caring for
clients and coordinating treatment with
counseling staff. Will be scheduled for
approximately 25 hours a week including
Fridays, 11pm to 7am and Saturdays, 7pm to
midnight. High diploma or equivalent and
excellent communication skills are
required. Education or experience in human
services field desired.
Iowa City Positions
Recovery
Assistant, Part-time
Responsible for
monitoring and documenting client behavior,
caring for clients and coordinating
treatment with counseling staff.
Will be scheduled for 16 or 24 hours a week
(mostly evenings and weekends).
Trainer
Responsibilities include designing,
marketing, and delivering training related
to supervision, customer service, and
substance abuse. Bachelor’s degree in
training, education or related field and a
minimum of three years of training
experience including curriculum development
and needs assessment required. Knowledge of
substance abuse field a plus.
