key position in Iowa City or Des Moines.
Will be responsible for researching funding
opportunities, writing, editing, and
preparing grant applications, monitoring
compliance and reporting requirements, and
maintaining a grant tracking database.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's
degree in related field, a minimum of three
years experience in grant writing, and a
proven track record of raising money from
corporation, foundation and government
sources. Strong written communication skills
and the ability to write clear, structured,
articulate and persuasive proposals are
essential. Must be detail oriented, possess
excellent organizational skills, and be able
to manage multiple projects under tight
deadlines.

Clinical Manager

counseling and employee assistance programs
has an opening for a Clinical Manager in its
Iowa City office. The incumbent in this key
position will provide clinical and license
supervision to counselors, some direct
service, and will work closely with local
businesses and regional affiliates regarding
employee assistance programs.
Qualified candidates must have a
Master's Degree in social work, psychology
or related field, LISW or LMHC license, and
a minimum of four years of clinical
experience including two years of
supervisory experience. Must have the
ability to provide clinical supervision to
staff seeking an independent license as
outlined in Iowa Code. Previous experience
managing an Employee Assistance Program is
desired.

has an opening for a key position in its
Iowa City residential facility. Incumbent
will provide clinical supervision and
leadership to staff in additional to bed
management, facilities management, ensure
licensure compliance and work closely with
community agencies. Master's degree in
counseling, psychology, social work, or
related field and certification as a
substance abuse counselor in Iowa required.
Previous supervisory experience and license
(LMSW, LHMC, LMFC or LISW) desired.

Responsibilities include assessment and
monitoring of detox clients, utilization
review, and addressing health issues related
to substance abuse. Valid nursing license

is Saturday and Sunday, 6am to 6pm and
Monday and Tuesday, 10am to 6pm.
